No! We don’t charge extra for call outs or make you buy extra support hours ‘just in case’ you need them. You pay one predictable yearly fee and that’s you set for 12 months of IT support for your school, that way you know what you’re paying and can easily manage your budget.
Do we get onsite school visits or is it just remote support?
You get both! We offer a choice of packages to suit your schools individual needs, whether you want a weekly or fortnightly visit, the choice is yours but either way all packages include remote support.
Will we get a different technician each visit?
No! When you join Simply ICT Solutions your school will be allocated your own highly skilled technician, so you will get the same technician at the same time every visit. You will also be given a direct mobile and email contact for your technician so they are always on hand to help you, think of them as an extra member of your school staff but without the cost of a full time employee.
School budgets are tight, how can Simply ICT Solutions help?
We have been providing support to schools for over 12yrs and we understand that school budgets are getting tighter by the day, which is why we strive to make your ICT budget go further. There are no hidden charges or extra addon’s, so you have one predictable yearly fee allowing you to manage your ICT budget easier. Our support packages also include a range of services such as interactive TV/Projector installations, laptop/PC setup, server installs & migrations, ICT suite installs, and large device deployments, so rather than paying additionally for this it is included in your yearly fee.
Moving to Simply ICT
What is the process when joining Simply ICT Solutions
Our initial contact with you will include a visit to your school, during which we will assess your current ICT setup and discuss your requirements to determine the best package for you.
Once you have chosen your package and want to go ahead with moving to us, we will issue some documentation to go to your current ICT support provider so we can gather everything we need for a smooth and easy transition.
A skilled technician will be assigned to your school, and a specific day and time will be agreed upon for weekly or fortnightly ICT visits. You will always have the same technician at the same time on the same day for consistency. You will also be given a direct mobile and email contact for your assigned technician so you can contact them anytime. Think of them as the latest member of your school staff.
